Theme: “Smart Sailing, Dreams Flying” – Personalized Banner Incentive Plan
Purpose: Combining personalized customer choices, creating a unique motivational experience, promoting academic progress and cultural inheritance.
1、 Core processes
1. Personalized customization process
Element selection: Provides options including but not limited to patterns rich in meaning such as Wenquxing, books, brushwork, dragon and phoenix, auspicious clouds, osmanthus, etc. Customers can choose 1-3 elements based on class characteristics or preferences.
Inspirational slogan: Customers can customize or select an inspirational slogan from the recommended list, such as “Diligence can make up for weakness, striving for excellence”, as the core text of the banner.
Color scheme: Provides several classic color schemes to choose from, such as vermilion with gold and turquoise with silver. Customers can choose according to the color of their school or class.
2. Design and Production
According to the elements and styles selected by the client, professional designers carry out personalized design to ensure that each banner is unique.
Using high-quality silk materials, combined with manual embroidery and modern printing technology, finely crafted.
2、 Initiation and Delivery
Launching Ceremony: A grand school level event begins, and the first winning class receives a personalized customized banner.
Monthly/quarterly transmission: Based on academic performance and progress, regularly select new classes to receive flags, hold small ceremonies, and share experiences and insights.
3、 Honor Record and Display
After each transmission, the information of the award-winning class is recorded below the banner, ultimately forming a class honor history, which is displayed on campus in electronic or physical form.
Annual Summary Commendation: At the end of the year, a commendation conference will be held to present special customized souvenirs and banners to outstanding classes throughout the year, encouraging inheritance and innovation.
Promotion and Participation: Utilize various platforms on and off campus to showcase the personalized banner design process and deliver moments, enhancing the attractiveness of the event.
